Residential Construction
Our residential construction division starts from the ground up. We meet with our clients, determine their needs and create detailed specifications, then price the project. We can start from a sketch and take it through turn-key construction, and yes, we let our clients be involved in the construction process. We self perform 70% of the construction work in-house with our skilled employees, thus assuring the highest quality product, verses sub-contracting your project. Our new homes, villas, and townhouses have enjoyed years of awards and are admired by all. We have architectural consultants available for custom specific designs.

Commercial Construction
Our commercial construction division can provide the client with in-house design ideas and develop the site design that incorporates parking, storm water management, and utility connections. We design and erect structural steel buildings and have, to-date, built manufacturing facilities, office buildings, restaurants, medical office buildings, storage, and crane buildings.
We self perform a large percentage of the project from the site excavation, utility work, slab and foundation, through erection. We then provide the up-fit or interior work that incorporates the mechanical finishes through flooring and interior finish. We value engineer our design build projects by providing our clients cost saving options prior to construction so all costs are fixed, thus avoiding change orders. We have consultants available for site engineering, architectural, structural and fire safety designs that can generate plans as needed to obtain the proper project permits. |
