Our Team

I, Pete Kubic, owner and founder of Kubic Construction has been in the building business for over 36 years. I have built over 800 homes in West Virginia's Jefferson & Berkeley Counties, and throughout tristate area of Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia. Today, I run the business along with my family, Chris Kubic, Project Engineer Manager and Licensed Civil Engineer (P.E.), Tom Kubic, Logistics Manager, Dave Kubic, Excavation Foreman, Peter Kubic, Excavation Specialist, and Stephanie Hough, Office Manager. In addition to these rolls, there are many other key employees on our dedicated team – some of whom have been with us for decades. We operate debt-free and have built a solid relationship of trusted vendor and subcontracting partners. Although, to ensure the utmost quality we self perform seventy percent of our work.
