COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Some of our past commercial work includes the construction of Automated Merchandising Systems (AMS), a 50,000 square foot snack vending factory in the Industrial Park as well as three other buildings in the park ranging from 5,000 to 16,000 square feet. We also built a 14,000 square foot modern classroom facility at the Country Day School.
COMPONENT SYSTEMS
Many of these commercial project involve the pre-fabrication of wall panels and floor trusses built at Kubic Constructions facility in Kearneysville, WV. These pre-fabrication components are available to commercial and residential builders, including do-it-yourself homeowners, needing only a two-week lead-time to deliver to the building site. Our state of art facility keeps construction projects on schedule and enables us to keep the quality of our manufactured homes and buildings at the highest quality level in the industry.
SITE DEVELOPMENT
Kubic Construction Inc, is also involved in site development and construction of pre-engineered metal buildings in Jefferson and adjoining counties. 'This includes site work, utility work, road operations and infrastructure work.
