Kubic Construction Inc. is located in Kearneysville, WV, three miles north of Charles Town, WV on Route 9 in Jefferson County. 

We specialize in commercial and residential construction and fabricate all the wall and floor components in our own production facility.  We use these superior pre-engineered components for all of our construction projects.  This makes it possible to get the structure under-roof much quicker while maintaining excellent quality control.  This construction process ensures the structure has straight plumb walls and sturdy pre-engineered open web floor trusses.  Additionally, the structure's exposure time to adverse weather conditions is shortened over conventional built-on-site construction methods by about 35 percent. This form of construction saves time and field labor and is more economical with respect to strength, quality, and overall product competition. 

Pete Kubic has been involved in construction for 25 years. He started his career as a young man roofing homes and building additions in his Maryland home town.  He was stationed with the US Army Combat Engineers in Europe where he was involved in bridge construction. Pete obtained an Associates Degree in Arts and Sciences from the University of Maryland while in Europe and earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University.  In the mid-eighties he founded Kubic Construction and incorporated the company in 1990. With help from his brothers and father as well as a good clientèle, Kubic Construction was on its way.

Kubic Construction Inc. has built residential, commercial structures, and custom homes, and is currently involved with townhouses and handicap friendly townvillas in the prestigious Locust Hills Golf Course. Our Villas at Locust Hill placed second in the Best Home up to 2000 sq.ft category, and 1st Place Best Kitchen  in the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association . 2003 Builders Showcase and in 2005 we won 2nd place on our Townhouse Model and swept all awards for our Town Villa model in 2006.
